hi folks,
I tried to disable Google search and now can't do anything on the phone.
I'm on CyanogenMod 11, Release 12 on Samsung Galaxy S Plus.
Kernel is K^Kernel, 416MB, ver 2.8.
I have the Google Now Launcher. I froze the Google Search package using Performance Control app since it was running 100% and consumed a lot of battery. My battery was going down drastically.
After closing it i cannot come back to the home screen.
It's black and nothing happens. Because I also cleared the recent app list I cannot go back into Performance control also.
Tried rebooting but it's stuck at the Cid logo. Rebooted into recovery cleared Cache/Dalvik and rebooted but after adjusting the apps its stuck at the Starting Apps screen.
Anyway to unfreeze the Google search package (or any frozen packages) thru recovery mode ?
