[APP]broodParts Lite

I've made a standalone version of my broodParts app, called broodParts Lite, it has less options but is able to coop with other devices as well (added upto quad core support)

- Enable/Disable I/O Scheduler Tweaks

- Clear Ram Cache (drop caches)
- Enable/Disable ADB Notification Icon
